The website records the contact, company, project and source information a visitor submits in order to route and respond to a business inquiry. Technical request metadata may be retained for security, attribution and abuse prevention.
Use and access
Access is limited by role to authorized website administrators, content staff, marketing staff and sales staff. Inquiry information is not used for consumer checkout or account services because those features do not exist on this site.
Retention and requests
The final retention period, legal contact and rights-request process must be supplied and approved by ENCON before production launch. Administrators can archive and audit lead activity without exposing it through public APIs.
